What You Will Do:
Assists the physician and home health staff to understand significant psycho/social factors which impact on the health status of the client and the need for strong support during illness and recovery.
What You Will Bring:
Education A Masters Degree from a school of Social Work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
Experience Experience in a medical setting and knowledge of community resources is preferred.
Certification & Licensures Social Worker License in Virginia BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) - American Heart 'Healthcare Provider' (HCP) - AHA approved required Licensure in the State of West Virginia may be required depending upon geographical area assigned.
New hires must have American Heart Association (AHA) appropriate certification prior to completion of orientation.
Qualifications Must not have been convicted of or having pending charges of any barrier crime.
