Ensure sanitizing, cleaning requirements and maintenance checklists are completed Review inventory and report daily for billing Review and analyze daily production reports Review delivery efficiency, and analyze runouts Production plant walk throughs Handle customer service requests and issues Assist with equipment maintenance, scheduling and tracking Review, organize, prep work orders for ice cooler cleaning or repairs as needed Help train production and delivery staff Assist in dispatch, production and deliveries as needed Experience in ice operations preferred.
